30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If the product isn't right for you and your pet, contact us and we'll arrange a return.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at hsien181107@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent).
4. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been in contact with pets may be subject to review. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
