We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your Petsogno purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@petsogno.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables and documentation.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or a shipping error on our part - in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@petsogno.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, modified, or show signs of wear, as well as items missing original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund. We may apply a partial refund or decline the return at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at support@petsogno.com and we will guide you through the process.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order is subject to our return policy.
